Basic Measurements
Decide on your intended application and take some basic measurements of the space.
Quote Request

This is meant to give an idea of scope but not act as a final order.
Design Meeting
Unless your project is simple enough to quote from our request form, we guide you through the design phase to make sure you get exactly what you need.
Production
Once the final design and quote is approved we begin production at our Houston production facility.

STANDARD
INSTALLATION
This diagram shows what a standalone suspended fixture looks like with direct and indirect light. This is the most complex configuration because in this case you need two gear trays to hold the internal drivers.

For surface mounted or recessed linear profiles external drivers are used. Fixtures which allow indirect light do not need to be suspended, they can be mounted directly to a surface and forgo the use of one side.
FAQs
What are ENVISION Profiles made of?
These extrusions consist of 6063-T5 aluminum which maximizes LED lifespan due to heat dissipation.
Who can install ENVISION Profiles?
These linear systems can be installed by a general contractor, tile and stone setters, or finished carpenters.
Are ENVISION Profiles waterproof?
The profiles themselves are dry location rated. A water-resistant LED strip can be used inside to increase the IP rating.
Can I choose the color of my ENVISION system?
Yes, they come in silver by default but can be powder-coated to a specific color if you provide a RAL number.
Are ENVISION Profiles easy to clean?
The surface of the aluminum profile should be cleaned with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive paper, wire brushes or other abrasives to clean the surface of the profile. You can use warm water containing lubricants or neutral cleaning agents. If the surface of the aluminum profile is contaminated, scrub gently with a soft cloth dipped in alcohol.
For powder-coated extrusions, avoid harsh chemicals: Unlike spray paint, powder coating is much more resistant to things like rust, corrosion, peeling and fading. However, that resistance does not mean it’s completely fine to use chemical cleaners and solvents to clean powder coated items. Harsh cleaners and solvents like acetone can actually damage powder coating. Wipe off dust with a soft cloth. If more cleaning is necessary, use a highly diluted, mild soap in water and a soft towel or soft sponge to very gently clean. Rinse with a little water, then dry with another soft towel.
